What sweeeeet photos of this race!!!!! These are AWESOME. The way you shot these makes me feel like I’m standing in the middle of the road and watching the racers come right at me.

@Tom: Hi Tom, I’d love to see some of your shots from the event. I pretty much stayed around the Washington Blvd and Highland Street area due to family constraints, so I never got to see some of the other corners.

Great pics! I was in the race with Team Medscheme from South Africa, and my mate Arran Brown is the one who crashed! We enjoyed the weekend, but were a bit overwhelmed in the crit, without any crit racing recently we struggled with the speed, and corners – obviously! Glad you could capture the moments.

Your photos really give a sense of the action, particularly the crash sequence. Also, the last shot of Veilleux is fantastic.

Amazing photos! They’re better than any professional photos that I have seen of the Olympic athletes. A very gifted photographer.
