Additional comment. The Iwo Jima Memorial photo makes a great metaphor. The brightest light condenses around their feet, signifying the heat of the battle. Their arms and heads come together, signifying unity of effort, creating a pyramid. Then out of their unified effort, they flag points to the left, and the rays of light shoot out to the right and center, creating an explosion of success. Does that make any sense to anyone?

Fantastic photos. I’ve never seen a more dramatic photo that the Iwo Jima Memorial.

Fantastic images. Very interesting lighting, I will have to try playing around with my white balance. I need to take more time to know my camera better.

These are fantastic. I love the lighting. My night shots certainly don’t turn out like this. You’ve got a very good sense of how to use your camera to capture interesting images.
