On a whim I took a quick trip to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, this weekend with my family. The weather was cold and windy, but we had a blast walking along the beach, running from waves and chasing seagulls. During the summer, Rehoboth Beach is simply a mad house, but this time of year, traffic and tourists were both light. One of the great things about this destination is Rehoboth Avenue and the Boardwalk; a cool collection of restaurants, candy shops, trinket stores and more. All of these different businesses have a unique facade and the colors are really bright and fun. As I walked back to my Porsche minivan, I collected some images of the bright colors and interesting patterns that line the street. These were all shot with my 50mm 1.4 lens and D700.
